Store manager (Quản lí cửa hàng):

Description
• Managing all activities at store: work with shopping mall/ landlord about regulations/ working hours/ uniform, v.v.., cooperate with internal departments, manage operation at store.
• Manage/ consult/ guide retail sales team about sales at FW retail stores under the direction of company.
• Manage/ consult/ guide retail staff to display of goods by Apple’s standards.
• Managing and training to sale staffs.
• Be responsible for business development and retail sales targets.
• Be responsible for managing the marketing activities as well as good communication with old and new customers to improve sales of the store.
• Finding new customers by new creative activities and events , promotions to attract the customers, negotiate and selling products and service.
• Keeping good communication with management to ensure update the business progress and committed activities.
• Delivery the Strong Leadership role to manage the team with good motivation to achieve the individual targets.
• Upkeep the strong product knowledge with Demo and sales closing ability.
• Inventory planning. Stock aging monitoring, Sell through analysis.

Corporate Sales Manager (Quản lý dự án): 

Job Description/ Mô tả công việc:
• Identify the potential customer database
• Making email/ telephone call to seek appointment. Face to face customer meeting and briefing the Apple products lines as well as Futureworld credibility
• Identify the demand of the customer
• Finding customers, negotiate and selling products and service
• Developing the sales target and database
• Quote submission/ Follow up quote, clarification and negotiation on terms
• Securing the purchase order and full fill the order and closing the call
• Credit sales AR follow up
• Prospects/ quote data base creation and follow up
• Be responsible for business development and sales targets about corporate
• Be responsible for account management of existing corporate customers and development new customers
• Weekly presenting the detail to immediate Manager
• Target v/s achievement analysis.
• Be responsible for developing the Target market and responsible for collecting target revenue.
• Company reserves the right to fix/ change the target set subject to the sales season as well as company biz orientation.

Job Requirement
• 5- 8 yrs+ experiences in Corporate Sales/direct B2B customer for selling devices & technology in Vietnam market
• Good communication ability in English & Vietnamese.

Trainer:

 

Description
• Upkeep of the apple products and operating system knowledge upto date.
• Continue to learn new technologies and update of market trend on upcoming changes in technology.
• Preparing the training materials with video/audio/keynote on each of the apple products.
• Arrange the staff training and knowledge pool to enhance the products demo skills of the Arrange the training to new joining sales executive /managers about the apple brand and products, applications, go to market strategies.
• Delivering the training section on retail skills and Corporate sales & marketing technique. Sending the weekly update on new products and feature to sales team.
• Up keeping of the training room and training materials. Training the corporate customers on need basis.
• Every Saturday Conducting periodic training for registered customers for Mac OS / iOS.

Job Requirement
• Graduated from college at least with 03 minimum years in the same position;
• Good communication skill, critical thinking skill, facilitating skill
• Good communication in English & Vietnamese
• Good organizational skills and sensitivity to cultural issues is required;
• Dynamic, proactive and fast in action.

Ideal candidate for this position:
– Candidate with 3-4 yrs experience.
– Business /Law /Accounting graduate,
Familiar with Vietnamese tax regulation
– Hands on experience in sales contracts, quotation, payment request, documentation preparation and co-ordination experience,
